ABOUT THIS TOOLKIT

Positive Parenting Awareness Month (PPAM), celebrated in January of each year, provides an opportunity to introduce parents and caregivers to positive parenting strategies and to the community providers who offer support and resources for families.

This toolkit provides ideas and templates for coordinating fun, family-centered activities and engaging local elected officials in advocating for positive parenting. Photo opportunities, press releases, social media, and local print and broadcast media highlight PPAM and ways that parents and families can get involved.
